Propak Systems Ltd., an established engineering, procurement, fabrication and construction firm is has an opening for the following positions at our Airdrie, AB facility. 

Project Engineers

With P.Eng and a minimum 5 years experience in design of oil and gas processing or petrochemical plant facilities. Experience packaging gas processing equipment is a requirement. Knowledge of instrumentation and oil and gas equipment sizing is a requirement.

Process Heater Specialist

With background in design and sales of direct fired process heaters.

Application/Sales Engineers

With degree, preference being given to those with a Chemical or Mechanical Engineering background. Successful candidate will work with the Sales Team designing a variety of oil and gas processing equipment including compressor packages.

Intermediate Civil Engineers

With a minimum 5 years experience in foundation and/or structural steel design for modular gas processing and compression facilities.

Intermediate Mechanical Engineers

With a minimum 5 years experience in pipe stress analysis. Experience designing underground piping and vibration analysis are definite assets. Preference will also be given to applicants with experience in using Caesar, FE/Pipe and ANSYS software.

Intermediate Electrical Engineers

With a minimum of 5 years experience in the oil and gas industry. Knowledge of PLC/DCS/HMI control systems, electrical motor controls and switchgear systems are definite assets.

Electrical Designers/Checkers

With a minimum of 5 years experience in gas plant electrical and controls systems in addition to proven AutoCAD skills. A strong knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code as it applies to hazardous location is required.
