SharePoint Document Management Specialist (Junior or Intermediate Level)

 

Responsibilities

 

·         Responsible for managing bulk imports of documents from network shares into SharePoint document libraries.

·         Look after importing list information contained within Excel documents and transferring it into custom lists within SharePoint.

·         Maintain global and local content types across site collections.

·         Provide support to users as required (Answering and addressing user questions, providing the first line of functional support.)

·         Providing input on the design of sites based on user requests

·         Other duties as required.

Requirements

 

·         Very knowledgeable in MS Office 2007 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

·         Detailed oriented with the maturity to work with little to no supervision

·         Must be able to work well independently, in a team environment, under pressure and meet numerous deadlines

·         Must have excellent organizational skills

·         Self driven, pride in their work with a technical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills quickly and take on responsibility/ownership.

·         Strong written & oral communication skills (Primarily supporting business users via telephone, email and messaging solutions).

·         Superior time management skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.

·         Customer focused, with the ability to instil trust/confidence in the users they are interacting with and supporting.

·         Prepare various technical documents and presentations
