Project Description

A mini refinery processing 400,000 tons/yr. (10,000 bbls/day) of a sour, unstable gas condensate feedstock using skid modules of inlet separation, condensate feed desalting and stabilization, crude fractionation, products (3) and water sweetening, residue and water disposal and utilities for heat medium, fuel gas, instrument air, caustic preparation and chemical injection to produce 48,000 tons/yr. of light naptha, 110,000 tons/yr. of heavy naptha and 120,000 tons/yr. of diesel as the finished products along with secondary products of overhead gas and bottoms residue.

Type of Contract

TYPE OF CONTRACT : Design, engineering, procurement and fab-rication of twenty five (25) skid modules and nine (9) off-skid process towers, along with the design, engineering and procurement of all field mechanical, electrical, c/w transformers, switchgear, MCC's and DCS and spare parts, all shipped FOB the plant site in Aksai, Kazakhstan. Also provided field construction supervision, assistance in the plant commissioning and startup and operator training.
