A 55 MMSCFD sour gas processing facility consisting of inlet oil treating and stabilization, amine sweetening, mechanical refrigeration, LPG mix fractionation and sulfur recovery to produce 1317 m3/d of oil, 61 m3/d of stabilized condensate, 122 m3/d of propane/butane mix, 130 t/d of sulfur and 45 MMSCFD of residue gas. The plant is designed with an LTS operating at -34°C, a glycol (80 WT% EG) circulation rate of 15.2 L/min and an amine (50 WT% MDEA) circulation rate of 1750 L/min. The main project equipment consists of 21 wellsite line heaters, 2 field gathering systems with manifold skids, pigging facilities and test separators, inlet oil treating and stabilization, amine sweetening and regeneration skids, mechanical refrigeration using two(2) - 746 kW electric driven Mycom Oil injected screw compressors, One(1) 970 kW electric driven Dresser-Rand Low Pressure three stage sour gas compressor, propane/butane molecular sieve product treating, four stage Claus sulfur recovery (99.1%) plant, oil tanks vapor recovery compressors, utilities for water treating, instrument air, fuel gas, 23,000 kg/hr steam boiler and a 350 kW emergency power generator, five days storage capacity for the oil, stabilized condensate, LPG and sulfur products along with associated product transfer and loading pumps and meter skids, a complete firewater distribution system using a 3020 m3 water storage pond and two(2) -373 kW diesel driven firewater pumps each rated for 795 m3/hr, sulfur tail gas incinerator and a LP and HP flare systems, office/control room/MCC, warehouse, utility and process buildings and a plant DCS process control and field SCADA systems.
